Costumer satisfaction and costumer value are interdependent with one another. A costumer can be satisfied wether or not the the product has value or not. However, this does not happen with all products. Pricing is also important when it comes to costumer value and costumer satisfaction. Satisfaction can occur simultaneously with low costumer value. A customer may be satisfied with something very small which would not bring much value to the business.
